LEANNE - OWNER/HEAD TRAINER

HOLISTIC is owned and run by Leanne Purcell. Sport and fitness has always been a big part of Leanne’s life. She has been coaching women through their health and fitness journeys for over 9 years and has a genuine love of group training and all of the benefits that this type of training environment can provide. Leanne is passionate about seeing her clients reach their goals, both physically and mentally, and thrives on seeing clients transform their lives. 

The aim at Holistic is to provide a physical and mental space where women feel like they belong, are encouraged, and can find the confidence they need to be their best. We believe that fitness is so much more than just exercise and weight loss. For us, it’s about a whole range of movement, nourishing your body, mindfulness and having FUN. 

Leanne’s qualifications include: 

Cert III & IV in Fitness & Personal Training 

Advanced Instructor - Thump Boxing

JADE GOODWIN

Fitness instructor, PT, mum of 2, lover of Prosecco!

I haven’t always been a gym fanatic. My background is working on Superyachts (yes like below deck, for those that like reality TV) Where I had a very physical an active working lifestyle.

My love of fitness began 11 years ago, when I joined the gym. I enjoyed meeting up with my new gym buddies, talking life, kids and keeping fit, not to forget trying to shed those baby kilos, probably similar to most of you that turn up to Holistic each week.

I LOVE being a fitness trainer. You may notice this at times, sometimes I get so excited in class that I talk really fast and you might not understand me, if this happens just ask me to take a breath and slow down.

I am open to incorporating your interests/focus into the classes I will be taking, so just come and have a chat and I will do my best to work this into the next session.

My name is Jenni, and I have been a mat pilates teacher since early 2023.

I discovered pilates after attending my first class many years ago, and I was hooked, continuing to use pilates to compliment other forms of exercise.

My goal is for clients to walk out of class feeling better than when they walked in both physically & mentally
